Skin Boost Apple Juice Recipe
Ingredients
2 red-green (not Cox or similar) or light green apples - unpeeled and uncored (halved or sliced if you do not have a wide-chute juicer)
2 medium carrots
½ inch slice of fresh ginger
Directions:
1. Use one half of one apple or if sliced, one half of the slices of one apple, to add first to the jucing chute.
2. Add through the carrots and ginger together.
3. Add all the remaining apples through to ‘clean’ the machine.
4. Pour – over ice if desired
