The added twist of honey provides that final richness and sweetness.
Fruit Medley Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup natural yoghurt of non-dairy alternative 1 cup ice cubes 1 cup apple juice (freshly extracted is best - if not try packaged juice, but not concentrate) 1 cup watermelon 1 cup strawberries 1 cup mango 1 tbsp honey
Method
Combine all of the ingredients (except the youghurt) with the honey in a bowl, then add all into your blender or smoothie maker and pulse until well blended.
