Avocado smoothies are DELICIOUS. I usually get them from a banh mi shop (with boba, yum!), but will go broke if I keep doing that.
I’m going to leave out the banana because I hate them, but the rest is easy enough. I got boba from an Asian market, so I’m all set now that I’ve got this recipe!

Went WAAAY simpler – ice, SCM & avocado. Good!
And I’m in TX, so it’s probably not the same place you’re thinking of… but yeah, I’m a huge fan of Vietnamese food.
