Coconut Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flesh
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup pineapple juice (freshly juiced from your juicer)
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 banana
Handful of ice
Directions:
Pulse together the pineapple juice, banana and ice. Finally add in the coconut flesh
Blend the coconut milk, pineapple juice, ice, and banana together until a slushy texture is formed. Add the pineapple chunks and coconut flesh and blend until smooth.
