The creamy texture and subtle taste of the avocado makes it suitable for smoothies, as opposed to juices.
First cultivated in Mexico the avocado the avocado contains most of your nutritional needs in one hit - vitamins and minerals, water, fat, low GI sugar and protein. At a push you could probably just live on avocados!
High in vitamins B, E and K, avocados are somewhat high in fat.
