Broccoli Mango Strawberry Smoothie
1 whole mango2 cups of broccoli florets
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup of water
1 cup of ice
1 inch of ginger – peeled
Method
1. Remove the skin from the mango and retrieve as much of the flesh as possible
2. Add all the ingredients into your blender, water and ice last.
3. Pulse until well blended, adding more water if necessary.
