This apple juice recipe, combining the perennial goodness of the apple with the sweetness of carrot and the lightness of celery, is a fantastic way to start the day.

Apple Awakening - Apple Juice Recipe
2 apples preferably organic, unpeeled. Halved or quartered if necessary to fit the width of your juicer's chute.
2 rounds of fresh pineapple (1/2 inch thick)
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
Instructions:
1. Add half of the apple to the chut first
2. Add all the carrot and then the celery
3. Finally add the pineapple.
4. Add the other half of the apple.
The apple at the end serves to unclog the juicing machine a little - pineapple clogs up the machine and apple helps to clean this out somewhat, although not entirely. Still gotta clean that juicer!
